Mr. Dapo Apara, M.Sc., ACA (Chairman)


The Chairman is Mr. Dapo Apara (B.Sc., M.Sc., ACA). Mr. Apara holds a First Class Honours Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Ife (1986), and an M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Lagos (1992). He has over 20 years, work experience, spanning, Audit, Banking, Corporate Finance and Information Technology. He has worked with reputable institutions like: Arthur Andersen (1987-1991), FSB Int’l Bank, Ecobank, FCMB and Infiniti Systems Limited. He is currently the DMD of Alpha-Beta Consulting the revenue mobilization and collection advisors to Lagos State Government.

Mr. Apara has brought his experience in tax matters to bear in the revenue generation for Lagos State. Notably, as a Microsoft Certified Partner he designed a model called Electronic Banking System of Revenue Collection and Monitoring (EBS-RCM). This model has served as a database and internet-based communication link to all bank branches and tax offices involved in revenue collection for Lagos State. He also coordinated the development of a smartcard-based alternative to paper tax cards on behalf of Lagos State Government, thereby, preventing forgery and impersonation. In a similar manner, he pioneered the development of a necessary software and web-based interface (http:// This initiative started with Lagos State, and was so successful (leading to a 4-fold increase in tax collection) that other States (Kwara, Nassarawa & Bayelsa) have invited him and his firm, Infiniti Systems Segment Limited, to set up similar models for them.

Mr. Lanre Bamkole, M.Sc., MBA - Director


Mr. Lanre Bamkole has B.Sc. Civil Engineering, M.Sc. Civil Engineering Structures and an MBA from IESE Business School, Barcelona. He has 14 years, banking experience, with Nigeria International Bank / Citibank, where he rose to the position of an Assistant General Manager and headed various banking units and departments. He is an entrepreneur with in-depth competencies and stake holding in Civil Engineering Consultancy & Construction Projects as well as, Operations & Technology Set up & Management, Credit Administration, Financial Control and Internal control.

Mrs. Eyitola Adu, B.Sc., M.Sc - Director


Mrs. Eyitola Adu is an experienced Professional with 20 years’ experience, in key sectors of the economy, namely: Financial Services, Agriculture, Oil &Gas and Management Consulting. She has excellent, deal origination and strong networking capabilities. Eyitola, a Project Management Institute (PMI) practitioner, has demonstrated the ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in a variety of highly competitive industries, cutting-edge markets, and fast-paced environments. She has strong technical and business skills with an impressive track record of more than 17 years, of hands-on experience in strategic planning, business development, project and product management, and system engineering strategies. She has proven ability to successfully analyze an organization's critical business requirements, identify deficiencies & potential opportunities, develop innovative & cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenues, and improving customer service offerings. Her other key deliverables over time are: Domestic and Global Sales, Key Client Retention, Brand Awareness, Business Development, Relationship Management, Competencies and Capability Development.

As a Manager with Accenture, responsible for project teams, she played key roles in the implementation of Nigerian (National) Content Programme, Automotive Biomass Ethanol Fuel Programme and Nigeria Petroleum Exchange (NIPEX) on-line contracting and procurement process tool for Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and the entire Oil and Gas industry. She succeeded in growing geometrically, the clientele base of NIPEX (NNPC on-line contracting tool). She was responsible for the establishment and management of relationships with key personnel of the International Oil Companies (IOCs) SNEPCO, SPDC and MOBIL and was the Change Management lead on the Union Bank Plc’s Enterprise Transformation Programme.

She worked at MBC International Bank (acquired by First Bank of Nigeria) and Trust Bank of Africa (part of Sterling Bank), Institutional Banking Group and Corporate/Commercial Banking Division respectively, where she was the Relationship Manager for blue chip organizations such as, Nigeria Breweries Plc., UAC Group, UPDC, CFAO Conglomerate, Michelin, Ragolis, Lotus Plastic, Starcomms, Crown Flour Mills, Ideal Flour Mills, GMT, Ranona, Beloxxi, Pillars, amongst many others. Until recently, she was the Head of Human Resources & Administration Department of eTranzact International Plc., (a foremost electronic payment solutions provider). She holds a B.Sc. (Honours) Degree in Biochemistry with Second Class Upper Division, and a M.Sc. from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. She is a Chartered Member of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria (CIPSM) and also a member of Institute of Directors (IoD).

Mr. Temitayo Adesesan Ojeleke, LL.B, BL - Director


Mr. Temitayo Ojeleke is an Attorney at Law with vast experience. He is the Managing Partner of Hawkes Legal. He holds a certificate on World Legal Systems & Contracts for Oil & Gas from the Prestigious C W C School of Energy London. He is very versed in International Commercial agreements. Ojeleke as a professional has consulted for a Houston Based Oil & Gas Company that sought to provide finance and technical support to marginal field owners/operators in Nigeria. He co-led the team that conducted legal Due Diligence on Diamond Bank Plc. at the request of HSBC Bank Plc. in a highly professional and discrete manner. He also led a team that conducted the legal Due Diligence on a client’s preferred Oil block and led the team for the entire bid process for the Oil block. He is currently leading the legal team advising a client on a project finance facility of US$70 million to be secured from a consortium of Nigeria banks.

Mr. Sanni Adeyemi, B.Sc., ACA - Director


Mr. Sanni has enjoyed a very successful career as a banker with many notable achievements. He was instrumental in taking Zenith Bank to the 3rd position in Lagos State Government revenue collection with an average monthly collection of half a billion naira. He pioneered and set up the telecoms desk of Zenith Bank PLC leading to a total collection of N25 billion in a period of one year from 2 service providers. He was responsible for designing the procedural and transaction dynamics for transacting with dealers as well as running the business unit .As a result of his outstanding performance he won a number of awards namely:

  • Outstanding Performance Award in August 2005
  • Most Innovative Staff Award in 2003
  • Zenith Bank’s most outstanding Trainee in 2001
  • Jim Ovia’s Award for Outstanding Performance in 2000

He is currently the Managing Partner of Yemi Sanni & Co (Chartered Accountants.).

Mr. Chike Ekwueme LLB, BL - Company Secretary


Mr. Chike Ekwueme has been in legal practice for over 25 years and has garnered substantial experience in Corporate Law, Corporate Finance Law, Taxation, Dispute Resolution, and Foreign Investment as well as in the Public Procurement and PPP sectors. Mr. Ekwueme has become a thought leader in presenting complex aspects of Nigerian law to various stakeholders in a simple and straightforward manner. He is well published in the local business law media and is a skilled facilitator and seminar resource. Mr. Ekwueme has served as consultant to companies involved in exploiting various investment opportunities in Nigeria including & with respect to the sectors of public procurement, real estate, financial services, technology and telecommunications. He has variously advised on the restructuring of corporations, and on divestments, capital raisings and securitizations. Prior to being engaged as Company Secretary of MorganCapital Securities Limited, Mr. Ekwueme has assisted companies of various sizes (public and private), in complying with sector-specific laws and regulations, and in the general corporate governance of their enterprises.

His engagement over time, also encompassed, international financing transactions involving lenders from such jurisdictions as the Middle East, Europe, North America and Dispute Resolution work. Mr. Ekwueme was recognized by Law Business Research Limited in conjunction with the international law firm, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, as the country expert on Public Procurement for the years 2015 and 2016, in which capacity he contributed the Nigeria Chapter on Getting the Deal Through: Public Procurement providing a guide to the procurement laws of over 30 jurisdictions. He graduated from the University of Benin, Benin City in 1990 with LL.B. (Hons) and from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos in 1991 with B.L. (Second Class Upper).
